Carmens Group Advisory Council was created in 2017 to assist PJ and Joe with a wide band of advice on all topics related to best management practices in the hospitality industry and business in general. We have been blessed with an active, insightful and supporting council as Carmens Group and the Industry have gone through one of the most unsettling times in our history
The mandate of the council is to :
- To monitor and make recommendations to the CEO and executive team on all matters related to the impact and implementation of the Carmens Group strategic plan.
- To advise on current and emerging business and economic issues, offer insight on industry trends relevant to hospitality and tourism, and expose Carmens Group to market best practices and leading management theory.
- To add value to the Carmens Group executive team, lending credibility to the organization in the eyes of financial partners, strategic stakeholders, customers and vendors.
Council members are chosen for their particular expertise in the industry and represent all the disciplines contained in business i.e. Sales, Operations, People & Culture, Marketing and risk management to mention a few.
