Erin is our Director of People & Culture where she is continually striving to make Carmens Group a fabulous place to work.
Her passion lies in helping our people reach their highest potential while maintaining the core family values that our company was built upon. Having one of her first jobs working as a banquet server, Erin understands the hard work and dedication required within the Hospitality industry to bring extraordinary memories to life.
Erin focused her post-secondary studies in Psychology and Human Resources Management, bringing her understanding and passion for people to her work. She holds her Certified Human Resources Leader designation, was a Women of Distinction Nominee and has won one of Hamilton’s Top 40 under 40 Business Achievement Awards. Erin also aids our community by serving as a board member for the Industry Education Council.
Erin enjoys listening to country music, exploring nature with her family, watching bad reality TV shows and spending time with her furry feline companions.
