In 1978, Peter and Morris Mercanti opened a bakery on Hamilton’s Concession Street, inspired by their mother Yolanda’s recipes. More than four decades later, we’ve proudly grown the family business into one of Hamilton’s most iconic brands that spans hospitality, food, lifestyle and entertainment.

Today, Carmens Group offers a distinguished collection of event venues, hotels, conference facilities, premium catering and food production, and elevated dining experiences. We’ve also made significant investments in our community initiatives, with operational branches dedicated to the revitalization of the city’s entertainment district, game-changing community projects, and celebrity events that raise millions for charity.
