As the Executive Sales & Operations Manager at the Best Western Premier C Hotel by Carmen’s, Terry Ravida is responsible for overseeing all aspects of event sales and planning. His salesmanship has allowed the Castelli Ballroom and Dolce Rooftop Lounge at the hotel to become a popular destination for weddings, meetings and special events.
Terry has worked in hospitality and tourism since 1992, which include seven years in the United Kingdom where he learned the hotel industry. Upon returning to Canada Terry worked as a General Manager at a local Boston Pizza where he was gained an appreciation about the financial side of the industry. In his current role at the Best Western Premier C Hotel he is recognized most for his outgoing personality, professionalism and his passion for customer service. Motivated by meeting new people each day, he enjoys building real relationships with his clients and delivering them the best results.
Terry is a graduate of Fleming College in Peterborough where he received a Travel & Tourism – Business diploma. His years overseas allowed him to experience new cultures. He now lives in Hamilton where he spends time with his growing family.
