As the Executive Chef for the Hamilton Convention Centre by Carmen’s, Jeremy leads a team of culinary champions who create innovative and delectable food experiences. His greatest accomplishment is his outstanding track record of delivering culinary mastery at numerous events, many in excess of 1500 guests.
Jeremy comes with a solid foundation in food service, having overseen all aspects of purchasing and kitchen planning at Otter Creek Golf Club. He assisted the venue in remodeling its kitchen and in establishing standard operating procedures for its food and beverage program. Since joining the Hamilton Convention Centre, Jeremy has displayed a positive attitude and has produced top quality dishes with an artistic touch.
Chef Jeremy received a degree in Culinary Management from George Brown College. He takes pride in his work and his satisfaction in seeing an event executed well serves as further motivation for him to continue his quest of delivering fantastic cuisine. When not in the kitchen his favorite moments revolve around being a father, where he takes great delight in as watching his children grow into young adults, and in enjoying outdoor recreational activity Geocaching.
