Heather Williams joined the team in 2015 at the C Hotel and has since advanced to become the Director of Executive Operations supporting our co-owners, PJ and Joe Mercanti.
Her extensive experience in event management, and solutions-based attitude, have been an asset to the company as she is always willing to pitch in wherever needed. She lives and breathes hospitality – “we plan the party, but we are the party” – which is evident in her day-to-day passion for Carmens Group.
Heather can often be found travelling the world with her husband or sitting in the backyard with a delicious glass of rosé.
