As the Human Resources Manager at Carmen’s Group, Erin is responsible for expanding the organization’s team with top notch talent. Success starts with our people. She ensures that employees across all levels of the organization are provided with professional growth opportunities and resources needed to reach their potential. Erin is passionate about guiding others in their decision making process through her ability to effectively read others. Obtaining her CHRL Designation, Erin is equipped to provide higher level human resource solutions for the Carmen’s Group.
Prior to joining Carmen’s Group, Erin grew into the HR Administrator Role from the position of HR Recruiter at Evertz Microsystems Limited. She started her career as a Human Resources Co-op student at Ikea and later became the Staffing Coordinator at Alternate Human Resources. Recognized for her Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management, Erin was the recipient of the Nelson Award for Academic Excellence presented by Mohawk College.
As a graduate of McMaster University, Erin applies her Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology and Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Mohawk College to grow the Carmen’s Group team. She thrives on fairness and equality in the workplace, which has led her to pursue HR as a career. Outside of work, Erin enjoys challenges that push her personal boundaries such as completing Tough Mudder multiple times and climbing the CN Tower for WWF. She is also an avid cat lover!
